A Challenge of a Lifetime; A Family’s Journey with Alzheimer’s and Learning to Make a Difference

Due to her husband Andy’s battle with Younger-Onset Alzheimer’s disease, Kathy Harvard has become a fierce AD advocate. She brings her tenacity, passion for knowledge and sharing that knowledge, as well as her personal experience to the cause. She will share the challenges and gifts that she and her family have and continue to receive.
Kathy will also speak about “The Final Climb”, a documentary featuring discussions by prominent medical researchers, clinicians, lawyers, ethicists, politicians and economists that shed light on personal and heart-wrenching stories told by Andy’s family, friends, climbing partners and colleagues.
