    Customer Service Representative/Team Leader:  The Woolly Thistle is an online yarn shop that specializes in fine yarns from the UK and Europe. Our busy and growing e-commerce business is in need of a part-time Customer Service Representative.   The main duties of this position are to process customer orders in our online shop and provide excellent customer service via email. This position is also responsible for directing and motivating team members to ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders that aligns with standard operating procedures. Hours would be 4-5 days per week to total a minimum of 20 hours per week.  We can offer some flexibility in scheduling and a store discount! If you are looking to join a small team and work with beautiful products, we’d love to hear from you.  Qualified applicants will possess:
     

    • A can-do attitude and be a team player
    • An ability to work efficiently and independently
    • Works well under pressure (we are busy!)
    • Excellent written skills and attention to detail
    • Basic computer skills including Google drive, email, etc.
