• Three Tomatoes Celebrates 30 Years!

    30 Years!!!!

Three Tomatoes Trattoria opened its doors on November 20, 1990, and launched heart forward into the community. Through kind and tumultuous decades, seasons, events, wow moments, sadness, joy, tiny steps, big leaps, challenges… We celebrate the whole bit. Thank you for being part of our family. Deep, deep thanks.
This is one of the difficult times, but we’re excited to say that while seriously following COVID-19 safe protocols, we had an excellent summer! We give special thanks to the City of Lebanon for making our extensive outside seating possible. Now our 2020 airy look of outside dining switches to the new, clean look of our dining rooms, which include a new, separate inside space that can seat 16-18 people. We are working hard to provide our guests with a safe, clean, and healthy dining experience, fully following the State of New Hampshire guidelines and protocols for indoor dining. Our wonderful staff continues to follow all food service regulations. We thank the Upper Valley Business Alliance for their support and assistance in helping us make safe-space renovations.

    COVID Update and Upgrade!

All air filtration in the building’s ventilation systems are now MERV 13 rated. These are hospital grade air system filters that the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) states, “are efficient at capturing airborne viruses.” The restaurant and rest of the building have superior air exchange. Fresh air is constantly introduced as large amounts of indoor air are constantly exhausted through the wood fired oven, kitchen exhaust hood ventilation, and other ducted exhaust, including restrooms and the building’s main air handler (roof top unit).  The One Court Street building is lightly occupied, especially in the evening when the rest of the building is empty or near empty while the ventilation system is running at capacity for the whole building.

We offer in house dining and takeout reservations. Please call or make a reservation online. It is exciting that take-out and catering orders for small businesses and families continue to grow! Check out our menu! Our daily special sheet is full and innovative, and our traditional favorites are back.

    3Ts Garden 2021: Regenerative Agriculture!

As part of our commitment to sustainability and the reduction of our impact on climate change, we are converting our Three Tomatoes gardens to regenerative agriculture. This system mimics our natural ecosystem, resulting in improved soil structure and sequestration of the carbon that the plants draw in from the air.
No more annual tilling or compacting growing soils as we tend our plants! We’ve created a permanent layout of beds and paths. The beds are blanketed with a rich layer of compost and leaves, resulting in a soil that produces nutrient dense vegetables. We care about the produce that we bring to you and are pleased to have a positive environmental impact as we garden!

    Wine Dinners

After the first of the year, we’ll begin hosting our popular wine dinners on Mondays. We suggest reserving spaces early.

    Thank you!

We thank the huge number of you who made it possible for us to provide thousands of meals to front line workers and employees of DHMC, first responders, and other people in need during the COVID months of March through August. We have completed this initiative and are grateful to have been able to contribute to the COVID relief effort.
Our website, www.threetomatoestrattoria.com, is being updated to bring it current to today’s technology! Soon we will offer more links to social media and an e-commerce component that will provide an exciting range of new opportunities to share the food and wine experience.
    With Gratitude,
