Green Drinks– Give Your Input on the Ottauquechee River Basin Plan

Location: Virtual Register at: https://ottauquechee.eventbrite.com The Ottauquechee River Tactical Basin Plan is being developed by the Vermont Dept. of Environmental Conservation and community involvement is needed. Based on existing water quality and aquatic habitat conditions Tactical Basin Plans identify and prioritize the projects or actions needed to protect or restore rivers, lakes and streams. Last completed in 2018, the plan is being updated to address current issues and concerns for water quality in the Ottauquechee and its tributaries. The issues identified in the plan are the ones that will be prioritized for action and funding to complete the work. Marie Levesque Caduto, Watershed Planner for the region will discuss current conditions and issues of concern in the watershed.
