    Accounting Manager:
    The Accounting Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to impact the growth and efficiency of this small and growing business. The Accounting Manager will manage the day-to-day accounting and financial functions of the business as well as key HR and Admin tasks. The Accounting Manager will also participate at the Leadership level along with our Inventory & Fulfillment Manager, Marketing Manager and the Owner/CEO.
    The key functions of the Accounting Manager includes:

    • Lead, manage and be accountable for all accounting and reporting functions of the business
    • Have experience working for small business and have a can-do approach where we sometimes have to wear many hats
    • Perform all bookkeeping including AP, reconciliations, and payroll. Must have working knowledge of accrual accounting.
    • Prepare timely monthly and quarterly reports and provide analysis of the data
    • Prepare budgets and monitor our adherence to the budget and report on deviations
    • Prepare demand forecasts based on in-house sales data and incoming stock availability
    • Create and maintain all accounting and HR SOPs
    • Manage and reconcile sales tax collections and payments
    • Oversee and maintain business insurances including w/c and liability (working with ins agent)
    • Onboard and Offboard employees in Gusto.com
    • Maintain Employee Handbook and policies
    • Pay all approved invoices in a timely manner
    • Assist in business decisions involving financial data
    • Participate at the Leadership level along with the Owner and other Managers
    • Software utilized includes QBO, Gusto, Google Drive, Monday and Finale IMS.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
