Cole Electric, Inc is seeking an Office Assistant to help manage our medium sized
    construction business at our location in East Thetford, VT.
    Cole Electric has been in business for over 40 years and has served a wide variety of
    commercial, institutional, and industrial clients and industry leaders during that time.
    Position duties include (but not limited to):
    -Phone answering
    -Accounts Payable
    -Human Resources
    * New employee administration
    * Apprenticeship program administration
    * Employee insurance and health care
    -Small projects schedule administration
    -T&M billing
    -Vehicle tracking
    Strong communication skills required.
    Cole Electric is willing to train the right candidate who possesses some, but not all, of
    the above skills especially if the applicant has experience in the construction industry.
