    After-Care Manager Responsibilities:

    • Staff After-Care duties from 2:45 – 5:45 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and Wednesdays from 2:00 – 5:45 pm 

    • Assist Office Manager with information describing the AC program. 

    • Communicate with Office Manager before end of school year to provide dates for AC program for next academic year

    • Develop and maintain After-Care policies and guidelines

    • Develop and post behavior guidelines for students participating in After-Care

    • Be responsible for all communications, scheduling, staffing including substitutes/coverage, programming, safety, and problem-solving for the AC program

    • Update/maintain binder of student health emergency plans & Power School Parent Contact info.  Shred all student information annually after close of program

    • Train and orient staff/substitutes on emergency procedures including: 

      • location of first aid kit 

      • Location of Crossroads Academy Emergency Plan, student health emergency plans, and parent contact information. 

      • After-Care policies,  guidelines , and student behavior expectations

    • Print daily rosters and report any non-paying attendees to Business Manager

    • Attend opening faculty meetings per FY20 Calendar(required)

    • Maintain program space in a neat and orderly fashion

    • Coverage for Parent Teacher Conference and Professional Development Days

    • Such other duties as may be assigned to you
