    West Central Behavioral Health (Non-Profit) Clinical Secretary: Outpatient Clinic, Lebanon, NH We are seeking a reliable, team player for our Clinical Secretary position at our busy Outpatient Clinic in Lebanon, NH. The ideal candidate must be organized, work well independently or as part of a team, use good judgment and is customer service driven with a genuine interest in the well-being of those we serve. Previous experience working with the public in various age groups is a plus. Position responsibilities include (Partial Listing): Manage multi-line phone system Schedule client appointments Manage charts Accept payment for co-pays or payment plans Accurately complete data entry in a timely manner Report preparation Position Requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Previous office experience, health care setting a plus Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred Reliable and punctual Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of medical terminology Work well under pressure and remain calm in stressful situations Handle confidential documents and information in a discrete manner Must be a team player, dedicated to high-quality care This is a full-time position: 37.5 hours Monday -Friday This posting is intended to provide you with the main job responsibilities, it is not a complete job description and other duties may be assigned.
