Mountain Valley Treatment Center is a nationally recognized, private, nonprofit residential treatment program for adolescents and emerging adults (ages 13-20) with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety disorders. The Associate Clinical Director (ACD) is responsible for supporting the delivery of clinical services to all residents through supervision of assigned clinicians. The ACD, in addition to providing individual, group and family therapy, directly supervises clinicians, leads treatment team meetings, conducts clinical trainings to all staff, and maintains regular contact with families and other important stakeholders, providing for a high level of quality assurance. Essential job functions include those listed below.
The position requires a Masters-level degree and clinically specific license, and at least two (2) years of documented experience working with adolescent clients with anxiety and related disorders. A candidate must also have at least one (1) year of clinical supervisory and staff management experience.
$85,000 or more, depending on experience and qualifications.
