  • Regional Youth Program Coordinator

    Vermont Works for Women is hiring two part-time youth coordinators. One coordinator will serve southern Vermont and will preferable be located somewhere between White River Junction and Springfield. The other will be based in VWW’s main office in Winooski and will serve northern & Central Vermont. Both positions will require some travel around the region. The Youth Program Coordinator provides support for the day-to-day coordination and implementation of VWW’s youth programming (Rosie’s Girls Afterschool & Summer Camp, Tech Center Career Exploration, Youth@Work, Women Can Do, and others). This role is primarily responsible for logistics, planning, and organizing of programs, outreach and recruitment of youth participants and program partners, and hands-on interaction with youth and program delivery. The Youth Program Coordinator also supports development of new programming. These are 20 hour/week positions which pay $17-18/ hour and comes with dental insurance, short-term & long-term disability, and a retirement plan.
