Mosaic Network of the Upper Valley

Mosaic Network of the Upper Valley

(formerly the Upper Valley BIPOC Network)

A New Name for a Growing Community

As our community grows, so does our identity. We’ve adopted a new name—Mosaic Network of the Upper Valley—to better reflect who we are and who we’re becoming: a welcoming and inclusive community for people from all backgrounds and lived experiences.

“Mosaic” represents a collective made stronger by the unique perspectives, stories, and contributions of every individual—like tiles that come together to form something vibrant and whole. This new name honors our continued commitment to connection, belonging, and inclusion for everyone who calls the Upper Valley home.

Over the coming month or so, we’ll be rolling out a new logo and website URL to align with this transition. In the meantime, you can still find us here while we make these updates.

What a special night! The Upper Valley Business Alliance Foundation, in partnership with the Mosaic Network of the Upper Valley (formerly the Upper Valley BIPOC Network), Hypertherm Associates, and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, celebrated our first cohort of recipients from the Small Business Grant for Underrepresented Entrepreneurs.

Our inspiring grant recipients included:

  • EYEGAZER – a Lebanon-based beauty studio specializing in eyelash extensions, tinting, and brow services, owned by Chantal Holmes.
  • Canaveral Candles – a West Lebanon candle business owned by Maria Rosario L. Barsola-Canaveral, known for creating handcrafted scents that bring warmth and joy to any space.
  • Adachi Labs, LLC – a professional coaching and consulting practice founded by Anna Adachi-Mejia, dedicated to helping individuals and organizations achieve growth and balance.
  • Curated Experiences by Raven Lovelock – a travel and event planning company that designs personalized, memorable experiences that celebrate culture and connection.

Many thanks to Hypertherm Associates and Tuck for their partnership and continued support in empowering underrepresented entrepreneurs and helping build a stronger, more inclusive business community across the Upper Valley.
