There is no better place to enjoy the outdoors than right in our very own scenic community.
Hike the ever popular Appalachian Trails. Click here for a Trail Map of Hanover. The Dartmouth Outing Club also has various resources to support your hiking endeavors.
Float down the beautiful Connecticut River or visit the Hanover Country Club Mink Brook for fishing and Storrs Pond for swimming and tennis in the spring and summer.
Ski the slopes of the Dartmouth Skiway and Whaleback Mountain, or cross country ski at the Dartmouth Cross Country Ski Center or the Eastman Cross Country Center. Have fun skating at Campion Rink, Thompson Arena, and the groomed ice of Occom Pond. Race down the sledding slopes of the Hanover Country Club.
Strap on your riding helmet and visit the horses of the Dartmouth Riding Center at Morton Farm.
