Take a break from work to stretch and breathe and learn some yoga poses you can do at your desk. We'll work into poses that help to unravel some of the typical tension patterns that can creep up in the body from prolonged sitting, typing, and other desk activities. No yoga experience or props necessary, just bring a willingness to move your body (while either sitting or standing at your desk space) and a desire to find some tension release and ease in the body!
